::Hello both. I'm trying to track down the owner of the Magical Puzzle Popils IP. I tried Warner Bros Interactive but they said it's not theirs. So I think K.K.TWI had the IP and it's gone to either Treasure or NEW? Any the thoughts or help appreciated. According to SEC filings, WMS was looking to sell TWI Japan and Atari Games Ireland. They sold Atari Games Ireland to Namco, but what happened to TWI Japan? CRV (talk) 06:02, 30 March 2017 (CEST)

I can't find any proper sources, but JP Wikipedia says what I wrote on the page: they were closed down because WMS didn't see any purpose in having a Japan office. Considering the development staff wound up at numerous companies (Treasure, NEW, possibly TamTam), if the company was sold off it was likely only part of it, or the new owner only kept the assets and not the staff (though that would raise the further question of how Iuchi was able to take Radiant Silvergun to Treasure). --Dimitri (talk) 08:40, 30 March 2017 (CEST)
