Kondo was on the board, but those links indicate the company's president was Mitsuyoshi Murayama (村山三義). Seems the legal ruling was for misuse of government funds intended for education and training. Murayama claims he knew it was illegal, but did it because the company was underperforming. --Dimitri (talk) 00:26, 12 July 2018 (UTC)
