Hidemushi mentions the following of his colleagues:

  • Kaoru Ogura, a woman programmer who programmed a mini-game in Karate Kid.
  • Tatsuya Oomachi
  • Kenji Takano, a debugger working for Namco (not employed)
  • Kiyoharu Gotou
  • Okada
  • Yamagishi
  • Iwata
  • Fujimura Udo.hyu (???)
  • Takayama
  • Kudou
  • Suzuki
  • Macky
  • Kaneko
  • Aihara
  • Sato-chan
  • Iga
  • Yoko-G

The poster was a colleague of Hidemushi's. He played the game once, using instructions for finishing it quickly. After a sepia photo, and some button mashing, he heard the tune from Karate Kid. Hidemush worked on that game, too. --Idrougge 17:14, 3 August 2009 (CDT)

-Hidemushi is basically calling out a number of his colleagues for the trouble they caused during development. This is the case for Kaoru Ogura - Kiyoharu Gotou (who, according to other 2ch threads had a habit of dissapearing when the work got tough. I believe he ios the same guy thanked in the credits for Neugier on the SFC/SNES). Everyone after Gotou is being thanked or apologised to and thanked. Apparently Okada-san may well be Kouji (Cozy) Okada of Atlus/Megami Tensei fame.

Corrections to above: "*Kenji Takano, a debugger working for Namco (not employed)" he was actually part time (アルバイト=part time worker). "The poster was a colleague of Hidemushi's. He played the game once, using instructions for finishing it quickly. After a sepia photo, and some button mashing, he heard the tune from Karate Kid" He actually attempted to get the secret message, which Hidemushi had told him about, to appear using development docs for the game, but only succeeded in getting the tune to play. It's not clear whether the poster and hidemushi both worked on this game (the poster deliberately gives minimal details).

Also the Atlus subcontracting out to companies which were started by ex-Atlus members/ex-colleagues of Atlus staff is something that happens today, so CRV's assumption here is likely correct. --mukimuki@RS 23:41, 3 August 2009 (CDT)

Dimitri had a look at the message while we were talking on IRC. CRV 07:53, 9 August 2009 (CDT)

<Dran> i can see the text in the youtube preview says something like "Kiyoharu Gotoh: Bastard. Just disappear, you bastard."
<Dran> and the line above is something like "Diiieeee..."
<Dran> i'm reading this hidemushi thing, the guy totally rips into these people for being arrogant slackers
<Dran> and ogura for being a whore it seems
<Dran> and okada and everyone from there on he's giving thanks and/or apologies to, which we already knew
<Dran> a lot of people with these names show up on bikkuriman world
<Dran> i wouldn't be surprised if it was Hideo Kuwamura, but that's just speculation on my part
