Established December 1989 as Atlas System; renamed System Prisma in December 1992. Switched primary business to game development in 1993 after taking a contract from Magical to convert Garou Densetsu 2 to the Sharp X68000. Acquired by Nippon Ichi Software in September 2007. Merged into NIS and dissolved October 2016.
