Syndein Systems

The company was co-founded by Rich Ward and Rich Sidley as Rich and Rich Synergistic Enterprises LTD Inc. It later changed its name to Syndein Systems Inc. Syndein provided total system solutions to the entertainment and aerospace industries. Other owners and officers of the corporation were Ken Sidley, CPA and Doug Seele.
