Or "San L" (さん・える, さんえる). Started by Nova staff, perhaps the team behind SD The Great Battle. The name seems to be derived from Zan-el (ザンエル), the final boss in The Great Battle II.
Working under the assumption that Sun L never did anything for Namco and Nova never did anything for Capcom...
