Studio Saizensen Ltd. (有限会社スタジオ最前線) was established in September 1997 by Toshinobu Kondo (近藤敏信), who had previously worked as a freelance artist for System Sacom, Fill in Cafe, and TNN. The company is also involved in animation production and card game design. Much of the staff previously worked at Fill in Cafe or TNN.
