Soyuz Limited Corporation (有限会社ソユーズ) was started by former Shangri-La staff, presumably after that company went under. It was headed by Yasuhiko Noto (能登泰彦). [1]

Originally developed by Shangri-La, Soyuz is credited on the overseas versions, which were released well after Shangri-La probably closed. Presumably Soyuz made any changes that were done to these versions.
