According to Infinity head Yukio Horimoto, the contract for FC/NES Ultima IV (developed by Infinity) was given by Newtopia Planning through a company called Digital Presence, which was run by the same person who ran Digital Arts. [1]
Digital Arts appears to be run by Takaaki Ushiki [2], who was "program director" on Matsumoto Tooru no Kabushiki Hisshou Gaku and "chief programmer" on Ultima: Exodus.
