Established as Copya System Ltd. (有限会社コピアシステム) in August 1986. [1] Became Shangri-La Corporation (株式会社シャングリ・ラ) in 1996 [2] and likely closed around 2000. (Soyuz was started by former Shangri-La staff on December 8, 2000. [3])
