Santos Ltd. (株式会社サントス) was apparently another company started and headed by Takeshi Tozu (戸津猛) after his previous company of the same name went bankrupt and/or was acquired by Sega and "became" Mega Soft.

Staff included those who did not go to Mega Soft. Some staff later joined Yumekobo.
