Rit's Co., Ltd. (有限会社リッツ) was established in June 1991 and incorporated in January 1992. Kensuke Suzuki (鈴木健介) (aka artist Hiroshi Kajiyama [梶山浩]) was the president. [1] Suzuki and much of the other original staff had previously worked at Artec.

Rit's had several labels: Gimmick House, Magical Craft, Ringer Bell (eroge) [2], Riruhi's Party (eroge) [3]

Suzuki passed away in July 2018. [4]
