Noise Factory Co., Ltd. (株式会社ノイズファクトリー) was established January 18, 1998 and is headed by Keiko Ijuu (伊集桂子), formerly of Atlus. The company is headquartered in Suita-shi, Osaka, and also has a development office in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. SNK Playmore is one of their main clients, and in addition to games, the company is also heavily involved in software development for pachinko machines.
