Like Bell, Newcom Co., Ltd. appears to be connected to Shiroshita Engineering/SEG, as that company's president Junichi Yakahi (屋嘉比淳一) is credited as a producer on Dr. Mario 64. Maybe it WAS Bell, as one former Bell employee lists Dr. Mario 64 on their LinkedIn profile. [1]
