Morning Star Multimedia, Inc., incorporated on October 20, 1995, was a software company based in Ridgewood, New Jersey, founded by Dan Kitchen and Kevin Mitchell. It was acquired by Telegen Corporation on December 31, 1996, and sold off a year later. The company continued operation until 2000.
In 1999, Kitchen and Mitchell were enlisted to head up development at a new Majesco subsidiary called Pipe Dream Interactive. [1] Mitchell would start his own company called OutLook Entertainment in 2000.
