Mindware Corp. (有限会社マインドウェア) was originally established in 1987 as M.N.M Software (有限会社M.N.Mソフトウェア). When founder/president Mikito Ichikawa (市川幹人; aka Micky G. Albert) became ill in 1993, the company was temporarily shut down. It reopened with its current name in 1995. In addition to developing video games, Mindware also leases and develops pinball machines.
