Micronics appears to have been a contract developer. The Famicom/NES games listed below are characterized by a distinct lack of coding and design skill and are often plagued by problems such as jerky scrolling, sprite tearing, and load times.

The Khaos name starts to show up in Super Famicom/Super NES games from 1993 onward. This is either another company started by staff from Micronics or, more likely, a company name change. From what we've seen, there are no games from later than 1992 carrying the Micronics name and no games from earlier than 1993 with the Khaos name.

The main principals of the company appear to have been Masahiko Tsukada (塚田政彦) and Kazuo Yagi (八木一夫). GDRI attempted to contact Tsukada to no avail.

An anonymous 2ch post says the president of Micronics was a college student who wanted to try making games but got stuck doing ports and ended up not caring about bugs.
