Media Entertainment Inc. (株式会社メディアエンターテイメント) was established May 18, 1993, by Shinobu Ogawa (小川史生), formerly of Telenet Japan. In October 1998 [1], Media Entertainment started a debugging service called CatzPawz. [2]

In 2005, G-mode acquired the rights to 14 of Media Entertainment's titles. [3]

Ogawa died in 2008.
