Naxat/Kaga Tech's Osaka development office. Apparently went by the name IMP (Interactive Multimedia Products) at one point, but that name only shows up on Planet Joker for the Sega Saturn. [2] Included several former members of GAPS, an Osaka-based company that previously collaborated with Naxat (N&G Project).

Kaga Tech and Kanto Automation, another Kaga Electronics subsidiary, merged in 2005. As part of the merger, Kaga Tech's "Entrust Business for Game Software Development" (as it is referred to in this press release) was expected to transfer to Digital Media Lab. This may be referring to the Osaka group because it looks some staff ended up over there [3], and Digital Media Lab is also based in Osaka.
