Hect is short for "Hector playing interface." Its first development division broke free in 1992 and became Axes Art Amuse. Hect Development Division 1/Axes is behind a range of known Jaleco games (another lot of Jaleco games have been developed by TOSE or NMK). While Hect seems to have disappeared, Axes still exists, mainly doing mobile games and web services now.

Unless otherwise noted, 100% of both code, graphics and sound is to be assumed.
