Axes Art Amuse (有限会社アクシズアートアミューズ) was originally Hect's first development division. It was spun off as a separate company in November 1992, and is headed by Norihiro Atsumi (渥美徳弘). While Hect seems to have disappeared, Axes still exists, mainly making Internet and mobile content. [1]
