Game development company started by Sega and advertising agency Asatsu-DK.
Staff included people who worked on the original Mother for the Famicom (Tatsuya Ishii, Miyuki Kure, Takayuki Onodera). Producer/director Masato Watanabe had apparently met them through a magazine he was editor of at the time.
