Floor Co., Ltd. (株式会社フロア) was a development company in Osaka. It was established in December 1998 and was originally headed by Michinori Fukushima (福島道宣) [1], a former Tose and freelance programmer. [2]

Fukushima left and established a new company in January 2009 called Istpika. [3] Takashi Tokuda (徳田隆史) took over as president. In April 2012, Hiroyuki Kamitake (上竹博之) was appointed president. [4]
