Cyberhead, Inc. (有限会社サイバーヘッド) was originally established as Arsys Software, Inc. (有限会社アルシスソフトウェア) on November 11, 1985, by Osamu Nagano (長野修) and Kotori Yoshimura (吉村ことり) from Technosoft. Nagano was the president. It changed names in July 1996 [1] and went bankrupt in September 2001. [2]
