BeXide Inc. (株式会社 ビサイド) was founded in January, 1999 as Bomber eXpress Co., Ltd.. Its CEO, Kazunori Nanji (南治一徳) and several other early employees came from KAZe. They introduced longtime PlayStation mascot Toro Inoue and many of their games focused on him, though more recently they've been involved in support work for other studios. Their name changed to BeXide in April, 2003.
