Development company that operated from 1979 to 1984. Headed up by Bob Halliday and Chase Sebor, both graduates of Binhamton University with Masters in Computer Systems.

In addition to the games below, Base Two also developed the world's first electronic Monopoly game (designed to sit in the middle of the Monopoly board) and the handheld games Split Second, Reflex, and Q*bert for Parker Brothers.

Halliday and Sebor later co-founded Venture Technologies.
