Barnhouse Effect Co.,Ltd. (株式会社バーンハウスエフェクト) was established March 31, 1997, as a game development and CG production subsidiary of Takara. The initial staff was the team behind Deep Sea Adventure at HighTech Lab. Japan, which had closed down only a few weeks before BHE was established.
