Avit-Niigata Co., Ltd. (株式会社エイビット新潟; stylized as avit-niigata) was established on December 5, 2002. It was formerly the Niigata City office of Avit. [1]

There is speculation that Avit-Niigata's staff may have joined Aplus [2], an affiliated company of Arc System Works. Osaka-based Aplus opened a Niigata development office in October 2016. [3] The Avit-Niigata website went offline around the same time. [4] Also, Avit-Niigata is no longer listed as a partner company on Avit's website. [5] [6]
