Established in 1987, Atod was the oldest Swedish game development company. In 2002, it was purchased by UK-based Warthog Games, becoming Warthog Sweden. [1] Warthog Games was, in turn, purchased by Tiger Telematics in 2004, becoming Gizmondo Europe. [2] Warthog Sweden thus became Gizmondo Studios Helsingborg.
