[1] As of 2001, Kazuo Arai, SNK, Mitsui & Co., and CSK Electronics were stockholders. Miraisoft (有限会社未来ソフト) and Alphasoft (アルファソフト株式会社) were affiliate companies [2] (located in the same building).
