7 Computerised Creations Ltd. (株式会社セブンコンピュータライズドクリエイションズ; sometimes abbreviated as 7CC) appears to have been headed by Keizo Mochizuki (望月敬三), a former programmer/producer at Enix, and was based in Takadanobaba, Shinjuku, Tokyo. [1]
