Seven Computerized Creations (株式会社セブンコンピュータライズドクリエイションズ), sometimes abbreviated as 7CC. Appears to have been headed by Keizo Mochizuki (望月敬三), formerly a programmer with Enix, and based in Takadanobaba, Shinjuku, Tokyo. [1]
