Talk:Dcruise
Hissatsu Pachinko Station
I think I should explain what the file similarities are for the bunch of Hissatsu Pachinko Station games that have been added to the main page.
From the credits sequences that are currently available for these games, we know that Dcruise staff worked on 3, 6 and 7. Here's the file structure for 3:
GEN.EXE H3SYSMAN.EXE SLPS_017.41 SYSTEM.CNF DC.DC ST.ST DATA/ OKDT/ SYSTEM/ DUMY.DMY
6:
H3SYSMAN.EXE H5GAK.EXE H5JAM.EXE OKOZUKAI.EXE HP6.S ST.S SYSTEM.CNF SLPS_021.44 DATA/ OKDT/ SYSTEM/ DUMY.DMY
and 7:
SYSTEM.CNF SLPS_024.08 H3SYSMAN.EXE H7CHU.EXE H7BHV.EXE H7FNP.EXE SYSTEM/ DATA/ HP7.S ST.S DUMY.DMY
To summarise, the main similarities between the above games are the presence of H3SYSMAN.EXE as well as the SYSTEM/ and DATA/ folders.
So with that in mind, here's the file structure of now6:
SYSTEM.CNF SLPS_029.99 H3SYSMAN.EXE HNARE.EXE SYSTEM/ DATA/ DUMY.DMY
now8 and now9 are pretty much identical to now6 with the exception of the PS1 serial number and the HNARE.EXE file being swapped out for the respective games' pachinko data. Considering they all have the aforementioned files, I'm pretty certain that these games are also developed by Dcruise.
There's two other games that have similar file structures but differ from the above formula. Here's 9 (not to be confused with now9):
SYSTEM.CNF SLPS_027.65 H9MENU.EXE H9LEMI.EXE H9USHI.EXE SYSTEM/ DATA/ HP9OP.S DUMY.DMY
Although the files are renamed the contents are roughly the same as the other games, but this one could probably use some further investigation.
And Toyomaru Special happens to contain 3's data, but since it's a compilation of three Hissatsu Pachinko Station games (likely developed by different companies) I think it's pretty unlikely that Dcruise has anything to do with that one.
This method of comparison probably isn't foolproof, but to me chances are these games were developed by Dcruise. I've added all but Toyomaru Special to the list. Marklincadet (talk) 08:55, 8 August 2021 (UTC)
