Spiral (スパイラル). Included several former Ask Kodansha staff, including Michitaka Tsuruta (鶴田道孝), Shunichi Takase (高瀬俊一), and Masao Asakawa (浅川政夫), who had also later worked together freelance. The company was established in the late '90s, and was funded by Nintendo-associated Marigul Management. Suspended business after the release of their only title. [1]
