ITDC (International Technology Development Corporation) was a company in Santa Clara, California, United States, [1] founded [2] and headed by Roderick Macleod. [3]

ITDC had a subsidiary called Shanghai Software Consortium (SSC), which used lower-cost Chinese programmers. [4] The software below may have actually been developed there.
