A code comparison was done between Verytex and Midnight Resistance. Shared code between those two games was searched for in other Mega Drive games. Frequent hits came not only from confirmed Opera House games, but also from Rastan Saga II and Two Crude Dudes / Crude Buster. Eventually, it was decided enough code was shared to confirm these two games.

In addition to the code comparison described above, Two Crude Dudes / Crude Buster also falls under CRV's Theory of Opera House Development.
